SOSI offers individuals an understanding of their symptoms, practical tools to resolve them, and key points for self-regulation. Sessions are both educational and therapeutic, leading to a reduction in symptoms and a return to a more profound sense of psychological, emotional and physical well-being. Specialised bodywork may be used to support the therapeutic process.
Individual personal sessions are offered in person in England, France and the US, by phone and by Skype, in English and in French.
Clinical case consultations for professionals:
SOSI provides consultations to professionals working with traumatized individuals to help them apply the skills of biological re-regulation to their specific clinical setting.
SOSI is approved to provide the required case consultations for trainees at all levels of the Somatic Experiencing (SE) ® trainings.
Individual case consultations sessions are offered in person in England, France and the US, by phone and by Skype, in English and in French.. Group consultations are held by special appointment.
Trainings for health-care professionals
The Somatic Experiencing (SE) ® certified three-year trainings for professionals working in the field of trauma are organised through SOSI in England and France. SOSI also offers trainings for healthcare professionals working in high-stress occupations or critical incidents.
Trainings for lay people
One-, two- and three-day workshops are designed to present an understanding of trauma and to offer tools for symptom reduction. These workshops are practical and experiential and require no previous knowledge of trauma or trauma healing.

SOSI offers specialized one, two and three-day workshops for:
- correction officers, police force, first responders, military, and veterans
- children, orphanages, pregnancy, birth, childrearing and adolescents
